Crafting a Strategic Path: Envisioning and Planning
It all begins with an innovative concept and a clear vision. It may arise from a need for greater transparency within your leadership team, the imminent arrival of a new CEO or Senior Executive, necessitating the establishment of their unique voice, distinct style, and narrative within the organisation.
Perhaps there's a pressing need to transform the communication function, bridging the gap between leadership and company culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Or maybe, there are untapped opportunities for thought leadership both within and beyond the organisation.
Whatever your need, I work with Individuals, Leaders and Organisations who recognise the power of authentic communications, prioritise this as part of business KPI’s and goals and are open to delivering Communications in an entirely new way than ever before.

Training, Coaching and Communication
Once the strategic direction and plan have received approval, the subsequent phase involves implementation.
For any new strategic direction, several crucial steps must be taken in its initial stages to secure wholehearted involvement. This includes providing training and coaching to the teams directly responsible for executing the plans, as well as coaching and training for individual members, including leadership and key stakeholders, to enable them to assume and embrace their new roles and leadership positions.
This phase will encompass a range of areas, such as one-on-one coaching and training, delving into the psychology of effective communication, mastery of the art of language and storytelling, understanding behavioral engagement and non-verbal communication, refining personal brands, and fostering everyday leadership. Additionally, it will address the critical aspects of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in communication.

Narrative, Storytelling and Spoken Word
This final phase is how your plan will tangibly be brought to life in the organisation. How are you telling your story, engaging, inspiring and connecting with your audience?
How are you leading, building trust and moving your employees towards one common goal? Are employees feeling connected with company values, understanding business objectives and actively knowing how they are contributing to business success daily?
Does your target audience feel like they know you and connect with you? Are you approachable and do you captivate when you talk? Does your narrative and messages resonate; and do you lead with conviction and humility at the same time?
These questions will be asked every time we build, create, communicate and tell a story.
